Default how do you remove a integra headliner?

how do you remove the headliner? need help asap

i mean i never done it , im a tech at a dealership for a living but with any headliner just remove the stuff thats bolted to it/in the way, the pillars, dome lamps , the passenger and driver vanity mirrors , and basicly anything in the way its not hard everything that you see in the way of dropping the headliner just remove.
