you can use the water pump but to use it you must use the LS timing belt

you can use a B16 water pump because it is the same 22 tooth pump as the stock GSR, all b-series vtec water pumps are the same

a good reason to use the 22 tooth vtec water pump is because at high rpms (7000 and above) the 19 tooth non-vtec water pump is prone to captivating (spinning soo fast that is will no longer circulate any more coolant through the system)

Can I use my ls axles as well? Reason for asking is that i have an ls right now, and I have a b18c1 block wiht head and intake manifold at home ready to be put it a car. But i am missing injectors and a feul rail, altonator, starter, dizzy, vtec seliniod, axles, I basicly have just the block and head with intake manifold with all internals, What would i need to swap this in my car? thanks to all that can help me.

Use the vtec water pump, but all 96+ oil pumps are the same.

You can't use the LS dizzy, you will need to use the b18c distributor for it to run properly.
The alternator just needs to be the same OBD version as the car...so if your car is OBD 1, get an OBD1 alternator. If your putting in the same year b18c that your integra is, then the alternator should have the same clips.

1990-1991 integras were OBD 0
1992-1995 integras were OBD 1
1996-2000+ integras were OBD 2

so you need to get an alternator that matches your car year.

About the starter...the starter is only a positive and negative connection so you can use a starter from a 1990 integra in your 1999 gsr and vice versa. Starters are all the same...except for automatic and standard starters, which they are different

the only stuff you need to change to do the swap is the long block (block, head, intake manifold, vtec solenoid, water pump, timing belt) and a obd2a gsr or itr ecu, or a obd1 conversion harness with a chipped p28

all yout other parts you can use, axles, tranny, clutch, flywheel, wire harness (you need to wire the vtec though) motor mounts, everything
