I drive a b18a1 that came out of a 92 integra 3 door that is swaped into a civic hatch si. So i did a headgasket/im gasket/exhaust gasket change and when i put it all back the idle would move from 2 to 2.5 rpm. I changed the tps sensor, tighten the belt to spec and have searched for air leaks in hoses with carb cleaner. I took the iacv off and clean the crap out of it. I even checked if it worked and it clickes whenever the car is turned on. I adjusted the idle screw and got the idle to go down to 1 rpm when warm. By the way the screw is screwed in all the way. Im getting code 41 ( using obd1) which is o2 heater sensor. Could this cause flucuating idle? Also when i rev the car up up it will move the rpm smoothly up and down the range all the way till about 1.5 rpm and it will drop quick almost like the car is cutting off and will go back to 1.5 then to 1. Please help!
