What I did was unbolt the shocks and LCAs completely. Then I unbolted the ABS lines from rotor/hub and the places on the LCA where it bolts on. After that, I dropped both the shock and LCA as one whole piece. I did it the hard way and used a hacksaw.

Sawzall is the shop used on my car, the poor guy who had to do the job must have all his fillings shaken out after cutting 3 bolts that were seized.

I used an angle cutter on a 150 psi compressor. 10 minutes and 4 cuts later, the LCA dropped right out.

Try a torch. Melt the rubber pushing and then press out the metal sleeve. It's a pain in the but.
Take it to any garage and they can do it for you really quickly. It's a pretty common thing on Integras.

Re: what do you guys use to cut off the 2 lca bolts? (ctenche)
well, i went w/ the trusty hacksaw, and after 1 bolt my arms and lower back were about to give out. didn't realize that we had an electric hacksaw in the house so got smart and used that.
didnt want to use a blow torch (got a microtorch) 'cause of all the wd40 and liquid wrench i had sprayed earlier.
now i gotta go get new lca bolts and a new lca from the dealer. anyone know how much an lca is??
