Default GSR throwing Electric Load Detector (ELD) Circuit High Voltage and Lag Under Low RPMS

So I have a code
Electric Load Detector (ELD) Circuit High Voltage and my gsr seems to be running sluggish all the way up to 3k rpm and then it just seems to get the power right back and act normal. The car sometimes acts fine for a while till its driven for 30 minutes or more then it will have the problem. Also seems to be hotter than normal under the engine bay.

Just stating the issues.. Any ideas? Thanks!

check your charging voltage.
if it's fine, 14.3-14.5v, try clearing the code. see if it comes back.
the eld is located under the under hood fuse panel, if you do end up needing to replace it. sorry, but i don't know the testing procedure for it

Did you check charging voltage?

It sounds like the voltage regulator is on it's way out. 94

Are you popping any fuses?

Make sure your negative battery terminal has a good ground to the body. Check for continuity between the battery and where that wire bolts to the body six inches away.

I recently had this problem on my 98 Integra GSR with the CHV and lag under low rpm as well. The problem that was causing it was the o2 sensor went bad. Not sure if that's any help, but check it out. Never know.

I turned off the eld in Neptune and it's running fine now. Temp solution to this issue I guess. I see the battery voltage being14. Something while driving
