Filler neck to tank hose issue.
The last thing I need is the hose from the neck to the tank it's self, thing is I've been to part source and a few hardware store no one carries a hose with a ID big enough to fit over the neck. I'd buy this at the dealer but they're discontinued even the Honda civic ones are, to any of u guys that have swapped tanks where did you get the hose ?. I'm not concearned about the overflow one.
And 2nd HOW do you remove the neck tube from the plastic shroud that bolts it to the car ?

The clips are all rusted just like mine and the hose is seized to the flared ends I had to cut mine even to get it off, channel lock pliers didn't work.

#11 discontinued at Honda and no one sells hose to the specs I need, they're just that hard water hose that can't bend or be clamped to the point where I trust my gas to NOT evaporate. I looked at all the big pluming stores home dept lowes etc

To get the hose off at the wreckers, just saw the stub off the tank, taking the hose with it. Then you use pliers to bend/collapse the sawed-off stub inwards until it lets go of the hose.
