Default Failed smog check!!! Help

I took my car to a test only smog check station and it ended up not passing. This was the first time I took my car to get smogged. (I've had the car for 2 years) The dude told me that it didnt pass cuz the NO (PPM), CO (%), and HC (PPM) were too high.
The HC(PPM) amount measured 146 and the MAX allowable emissions is 90
The CO(%) amount measured @ 0.58 and the MAX allowable emissions is 0.54
The NO (PPM) amount measuredn@ 2498 and the MAX allowable emissions is 711

It failed the 15MPH run
Passed the 25MPH run

The dude told me it mite have something to do with the PCV since it was modified. What else can it be?
Thanks!

Do I need the original PCV or can I just leave it like that?

take your pcv valve out shake it if it makes a sound its good slap it back in, and go get yourself a new cat, borrow a buddys, or if you know how to weld go get your self one of those short napa cats weld it on, dump your car then go test then cut it out.

Those are some pretty high numbers. Usually when I tell people to do this. Go buy Seafoam follow the directions, run gas on low, buy 2 anti-freeze gas line bottles put it in your gas tank, pump 91 octane Chevron half tank.

Go back there and smog your car. Should pass.

Make sure its the "HEAT" brand, yellow bottle, the red one doesn't have methanol.
