The curve is unbelievable, it just keeps pulling and pulling without a dip. Torque was at 167 I believe but we ran A/F and whp on the graphs. However I saw no jump for V-tec, but I know I heard it. I gotta find that adapter.

Not to highjack my own thread, but a guy at the shop dropped by and had "V-TECH" tattooed on his arm.

Shoulda gotten a picture...v-tech?! Awesome!!!!

What boost level was this at? What did you use to tune? Tuning makes SUCH a difference with these setups! Where was your vtec set?

Oh and didnt you have a problem recently with a chatter or charger problem, what ever happened with that?

Yeah, but I didnt have my digi, I would have.

This is at 7-8 psi with the JR 8lb pulley.

They tuned timing and fuel with a Vortech SFMU. I got all my gaines from advancing the timing 2 degrees.

Vtec is at the stock turnover.

Yeah, it was chattering awhile back, but I shipped it off and got it back and reinstalled, so I think Im good.

What did they determine to be the problem? Was it under warranty or did you pay...and how much? Just FMI.

227/167 is great man...torque is very nice. I bet if you dropped VTEC and perfected ignition/fuel throughout, you would see an even smoother graph with better numbers. Hint...get a Hondata already...

Good numbers man, you should be well into the 13's with that as soon as you can get used to driving it!

See, thats what I thought. But when I said the best I, and many other friends could pull was a 14.8, he said he thought that was correct.

All in all I spent aton on fixing the blower. Ill PM you the whole story.

Yeah, I know hondata makes a huge difference, but the price has always scared me away. Chet, however, last night said I could get into a system for 500 tuned. Is that true?

I dont know about 500 tuned, that is low even with a used system and DSM's. The S200B system will run you $450, and the S100B a bit cheaper...tuning is usually around $175-$200/hr, not including installation or injectors and no partial tuning either.

14.8 with 210whp...no way does that add up to 14.8. You figure there are GSRs with 160whp running 14.8's. 210/150 should be solid 13's.
