no. run wires as if there was a horn, but instead of a horn, put a fuse in. i guess you could skip the fuse but i like to be safe so if there is a surge it doesnt destroy anything else in the series, it just blows the fuse....if in fact the horn is in series with the c/c. got it or no?

i understand what you are talking about. I just wouldnt know where to start. Because I dont know what wires your talking about uness there under the dash or something because there is no wires or anything when I pop off the Acura cap.

dood, theyre not under the cap. locate where the horn goes in the engine compartment, (try looking at pics online), then find out where the wires are run from. then just loop them and skip the horn. capiche? this all may be for not b/c i could be wrong about this working. i dont even use my c/c so it wouldnt bother me. if anything take it to a shop and let them assess the problem.

yeah well i dont really need the cruise for my daily driving ive been driving the car since i bought it over a year and a half ago without it and on long drives. But im planning a on going out to British Columbia next spring and I dont think i could make the trip without it.

But thanks for all your help. Ill look into those things and if it comes down to it ill have to bring it to a shop.

I have same problem with my Accord 95. The horn does not work, it only works when I press and hold down the Access Resumes button and then the horn button. Does any one know why and how to fix this problem? Also, the SRS light stays on too.
