I been talking to a couple of people and they been saying that there 6 puck been making loud screeching noises. Is it this way with all 6 - puck clutches? Does Sprung and non sprung make a difference?

i have a clutch net 6 puck sprung and it chatters like crazy. o well it holds good

Actually, it's usually the ltw flywheels that chatter, not the clutches

the noise you hear is from the dust created by the disk.....think of it like brake dust......it wont hurt anything. The chatter is from the type of material used....IE: Copper or metallic.....its normal for it to chatter a little. Its not going to matter if its sprung or unsprung, chatter is chatter and it will do it either way.

I think most unsprung clutches chatter. My 6 puck sprung clutch does not chatter...

i have a act 6 puck unsprung and it doesnt chatter. only time i hear it screech is when i burn my clutch or im on a steep hill.
