i beleieve the only difference is the cat, the LS o2 sensor is on the header, and the GSR sensor is actually on the cat, you could run into some problems towards the back axle, but im not sure...

A '94+ LS exhaust will fit a '00-'01 GS-R and vice versa. The '94-'99 GS-R exhaust is longer, and will not fit an LS or newer GS-R without modification.
