Damaged Fender - AGAIN!

Damaged Fender - AGAIN!
Hey everyone, i had a strange incident last night, where my inner fender liner ripped out when i was driving down the highway. It was ripped off (i guess kinda run over??) and pulled the top corner of my fender, which made it bend. I just had this ******* fender replaced and painted, so i'm beyond upset. I'm pretty sure this happened because the inner fender liner was installed missing one of the required bolts after putting on a cold air intake. My question involves fixing the fender. The bend is smooth and clean, no paint cracked. How difficult would it be to bend it back out and just install a new inner fender liner? I really don't feel like taking it to the shop...AGAIN. I'm getting really upset with my car now...any help would be appreciated.

The liners are like 50$...i just had it replaced along with the damn fender less than a month ago. I'm concerned that there was some stripping that occurred when that **** ripped out and that new bolts and whatnot won't go in proper now. Ugh, this ******* sucks. My teg is starting to **** me off.
