Default Clutch Issue

Im driving a 00 integra with a H22a swap. Recently Ive install a stage 3 clutch and new clutch master cylinder. Ive switched out about 3 slave cylinders now due to having too much load. I was wondering how can I adjust the cmc or what to do for the slave to not having so much pressure? I know how to turn the rod between the cmc and the clutch pedal, but just wondering if there's a way to actually adjust it correctly.

Another question is everytime i turn the rod, do I need to bleed out the clutch to give it pressure back into the system or can I just turn the rod without bleeding it? I ask this because Ive heard some have to bleed the clutch completely out after every adjustment.

My cmc is brand new oem and my slave is autozone brand.

Thanks.

I just switched my CMC to a S2K one with a new slave as well. You should be able to press the slave cylinder in by hand.

Here is a diagram that helped me adjust the CMC. Focus more on locknut A and C

thanks for the reply back g-weezy but hopefully i found out my problem. My pivot ball was broken and my clutch release fork was loose so it was hard to get in gears. Hopefully after fixin all this my car will run again. Thanks again.
