Clicking noise coming from front left..............
Lately ive noticed that when I start breaking, i can hear a clicking noice coming from the front left wheel. Also, when taking left hand turns, it sounds like that same clicking noise.
I was thinking the noise while turning was the CV joint, but im stumped on the braking noise. Anyone think they are related, or just a coincidence?
Thanks

Re: Clicking noise coming from front left.............. (SMC Integra)
Twenty to one, they are related. Just change out driveaxle on the left and right hand side. Both prolly need to be replaced anyhow. It can easily be done at home. Just pick up a Haynes manual, a big breaker bar, a 150 lb torque bar, chissel (spelling?), a prybar, and your normal socket set. Can be done in about 3 hours if its your first time ever under your car and messing with the stuff. If its a 5-spd make sure you put your car in first or the right side driveaxle wont come out. Have fun.
