Icon2 check engine light

i just put a new gauge cluster in and now check engine light is on. hooked it up to code reader and it shows p1336 and p1337 ignition module malfunction or misfire. i deleted the codes and they just come back. would this have anything to do with the new gauge cluster? any ideas on what to check

No, that's your ECU. The gauge cluster is just lights. The codes are stored in the ECU.

try resetting your ecu and see if it pops up again if not then try and get a reading again if nothing at all then nothing is wrong
