changed timing belt. now no start HELP!!

I changed my timing belt and water pump on my b18b1 1994 ls integra. car cranks over just doesnt turn on. i need help!!

did you set the cam timing correctly? do you have spark? fuel? both?

did you do your timing? make sure you set the cams with the arrow going the same direction. other than that, its most likely timing.
