Car shudders when going in reverse from a stop
My car seems to shudder when I try to go in reverse from a stop. Does anyone have any idea as to what might cause that to happen? Bad motor mounts?

I'd recommend the same...give it some more throttle.
If your car is auto, and you put it in R and it shakes and shutters hard, you've got a problem.
