car shakes a lot in idle
when i stop at a stoplight or whatever then the car starts to shake. so i just put it in neutral and usually that stops the shaking or at least calms it down a bit. i was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on it. thanks alot.

if it's an integra it has an rpm gauge, it's numbered 1 through 8 (thousands), and it's to the side of the speedometer.
you said when you put it in neutral, so I'm assuming it's an automatic. What year integra is it? Did the first gen integras not have rpm gauges in the automatics?
anyway, what matty g2 mentioned about the idle is true, if it goes below a certain point it will rumble and act like it wants to turn off.
it can also be bad engine mounts where the rubber has worn out, and you are getting more vibration through to the interior of the car. But if it was the motor mounts you would also get excessive jerking in 1st and reverse gears..........unless of cource you are driving an automatic..........in that case it might be more subtle
so motor mounts or low idle, or something associated with the automatic transmission which I know practically nothing about cause I've only owned one automatic integra and it never gave me problem.
good luck
