#2
i've noticed it when i have a passengers. I just had concluded that it was junk I had in the trunk... but come to think about it, I have done the ITR rear sway mod. And it hits the brake line that runs across the rear trailing arm :X eek...

if u have lowering springs without rubber sheets wraped around the upper coils like tein springs than the squeaking prolly come from coil contact during compression. it also could be the rear sway bar (if you have upgraded to a thicker one)

It made the noise before I swapped them out for the tokico blue struts and springs combo. It got a little better, but the noise was still there. That was about a year ago and now its starting to get as bad. Ne one had any bad experiences w/ tokicos?

I used the same rubber sheets from the stock set up. Does that make any difference?

I dont think the stock springs came with the rubber sheets. just to clarify stuff, this is a link to a pix of Tein S-Tech on classified forum:

(notice the black rubber sheets around the coils, thats the one im talking about)
im rollin on tokico illuminas with eibach sportlines(no rubber sheets) and a 22mm progress rear sway bar. The car also squeaks in the back everytime i go over a bump.
My friend's civic with gc coilover and same sway bar also squeaks when going over a bump. I think it could be the sway bar also. So if you have one, you might wanna check the sway bar bushings for lubrications.
