Alternate jacking points?
Hello,
I already know about the front, side, and rear jacking points. My question is what other points can you use to jack up the car? Typically, I only want to raise up one corner of the car, and the put a jackstand under the standard jacking points. Can I use:
lower control arms, directly below where the shock connects?
Points slightly in front or behind the side jacking points? (so I can fit jackstands there)
Any other places?

Are you using a floor jack? If so, if you have a low enough jack, you can jack up the vehicle from the rear tow hook and front core cupport.
If you are using a 2 post system with scissors that go underneath the vehicle, you can use the "feet" to pickup from the frame rails.
