Default ac removal

so is there a write up on ac removal? and what do i do about the freon? some ppl say just release it but isn't that stuff bad for the enviroment? or something?

Yeah about the freon, not sure how it is in Utah, but up in WA, huge fine, i think like 10k, if you get caught dumping it, best advice, take it to the dealer, spend 50$ and have them deal w/ it.

Its pretty self explanatory, just follow the ac lines back to the firewall, and just unbolt the compressor and you should be alright.

50$ FOR THE FREON?!?! AHHH you think local shops would be cheaper?.....
