94 Integra LS no spark! new dist.
a friend gave me 1994 integra ls . It ran when he stored it last year, and once in early summer when i drove it to lunch from the storage place and back . He tried to start it at the storage lot in sept but it would not go . So he had it towed to my house.
Ive gone over the car and found it to have no spark . it does have a brand new dist and all the voltage to it and inside it ( coil/ignitor) is good . There is no spark coming out of the dist. below is a list of everything ive checked in order . please tell me if im missing something .
1 dash fuse's ( all good)
2 under hood fuse's ( all good)
3 voltage at coil to body of dist ( 12.38v)
4 voltage to Icm ( 12.38v)
5 voltage to white/blue wire ( 12.38v)
6 ground from valve cover to rad support ( looked like **** , replaced)
7 thermo stat ground (looked like ****, cleaned looks shinny now)
8 trans to frame ground ( looked like **** , replaced )
9 dist ground (back of dist to head was greasy , sanded looks good)
10 all spark plug wire's ( at 200k ohm setting read 280 ohms)
im stuck, ive been reading all over the net but my problem seems a little different than everthing ive seen online

how about fuel? i'm pretty sure the distributor needs to see signal from the main relay first. is the main relay coming on? are you getting fuel?

Ditto the above^^^
Turn ign switch to run, [not start] you should hear 2 "clicks" from the PGM-FI Main Relay under the dash, [by the hood release], first "click" is the injector relay and the 2nd "click" is the fuel pump relay, they may sound like 1 click as the 2 are very close together.
After the 2nd "click" you should hear the fuel pump prime the fuel system, at the same time the CEL will turn on, the pump will run for about 3 sec. and you will hear a 3rd "click from the PGM-FI Main Relay, [fuel pump relay turning off] the fuel pump will stop and the CEL will turn off.
The fuel pump relay only powers the fuel pump, however, the injector relay powers the fuel injectors, a few engine solenoid/valves and two power inputs to the ECU/ECM, both these inputs must be powered for the engine to run.
They are IGP1 and IGP2, the leads are yellow/black and are the only two yellow/black leads in the ECU/ECM harness.
Test these two leads for power when ign. switch is in both run and start positions. 94

You'll need a 12v batter and some wires, test the main relay, if possible just swap it out with one you know works (from a buddies car or something)...
