Default 94 integra always cold reading

Hey guys, I have 2 quick questions:

i have a 94 integra with a b20b high comp. Right now it's cold as **** outside so I know it takes a good minute to warm up but my problem is that even once it's warmed up once I start getting higher in speed my temp gauge drops all the way down and the heater obviously goes cold. I'm trying to determine if it's something more significant than just a stuck open thermostat. I'm changing the thermostat tomorrow regardless. Any input on the matter would be very helpful.
i also have been having a problem with the idle. After a minute or so it goes down to a normal 900-1000 but there's times where it's almost bogging and it's also searching for idle. It goes back to regular after a few minutes in neutral though. I ran the codes and it's popping up for tps sensor. If I switch out the tps should it fix the issue or could it be something else affecting it that'll cause that code to be thrown. I already cleaned the throttle body and the iacv along with readjusting the throttle cable.

I think you're on the right track with the thermostat. Also, make sure you properly bleed air from the system. You can find out how to do that somewhere on here. The symptoms you noted such as cold heat and hunting idle are pretty good indicators of air,in the system.
The process is park the car on an incline so the nose is a little higher, remove radiator cap while car is cold, turn heat all the way up and run the car until the fans come on, refilling the radiator as it burps. You can find more details on here.

I agree with the thermostat. Also, if you use all coolant, rather than mixing, it won't heat up as quickly. Water is the best thing to transfer heat evenly, coolant just raises the boiling/lowers the freezing point. Fair warning, with a cheap TPS it may fail early. Mine failed after a year. I did have the same symptoms though, rpm drop at stop lights. I replaced the whole damn throttle assembly with a stock tps still installed. That cheap replacement made me mad lol. Worked like a charm.

Make sure the tps is calibrated might not need a new one but even if uyou do replace it it must be calibrated its very easy though.
