90 Integra no injector pulse

90 Integra no injector pulse
So my original b18 was working fine for a year but eventually died because of no compression(lack of care from previous owner) . So I ended up getting a b20, Installed the engine and got the dizzy converter plug so everything seemed in right order. However I can't get the car to start.
I have good fuel pressure, good spark and car is timed correctly. I can start the car for a couple seconds with carb cleaner. So I knew the only problem was no fuel entering the engine. I replaced my injectors and nothing. So I tested the positive voltage of each injector plugs and It was good. Today I got a noid light to check my injector pulse and well I guess none of my injectors are getting the ground.
Now Im not really sure what to do, nothing is different from when my car ran before except the engine and the distributor. So Im going to try using my old distributor and hopefully it works. If not, any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Re: 90 Integra no injector pulse
Confirm IPG 1 and 2 at ECU have power when ign. is in run and start, should be the only two leads going to ECU that are the same color as the power leads to the injectors,
Do a continuity test on each injector ground lead back to the ECU, maybe something did not get plugged in properly.94

They are the only two leads at the ECU that are the same color as the injector power leads, injector power leads are the ones that are the same color at all 4 injectors, should be red/black. 94
