Default 90-93 teg "traction bar" options?

Hey guys I have a 91 integra that I'm currently fixing up, my exhaust bolts are pretty rotted out for it being in new England it's whole life, I'm missing an exhaust bolt by my cat and the donut is missing, muffler is pretty rusty too, so I'm looking to replace the exhaust soon.... Also going to swap in a new header while I'm at it but I either need to notch the crossmember...which I'm not doing whatsoever, or install a traction bar... Anyone running a traction bar on their da? If so what brand Are you using? Thoughts of it?? Also if you can recommend a decent exhaust / header if you wouldn't mind that'd be awesome, I was Thinking one of the PLM header variations, but nothing too too huge, stuck on exhaust brands after the header however

Thanks

PLM "Toda fakie" as for exhaust the buddy club spec 2(2.5'') is awesome as fuqq lol but kinda loud. skunk2 Megapower is also good. as for traction bar WHY i'm sorry but I highly doubt you're making enough power to warrant it/tracking the car. but K-Tuned makes them

my main concern for wanting a traction bar isnt for HP worry, but on 90-93 tegs, the installation of almost any aftermarket header requires cutting a notch in the fron crossmember or you can install traction bar, and replace the crossmember itself and eliminate all the space it takes up

hmmm never heard of that needing to be dine but ok. I'd go with a K-Tuned one then they're about 300$ have one waiting to go on my DC2.

yeah its funky, if its a one piece header it needs to be modified, like the itr 4-1 but almost any 2piece should fit fine i believe,

i was thinking ktuned vs a no name brand..

I wouldn't cheap out on something like that....especially if you're removing the front cross member. you may be able to find a cheaper brand name one but K-Tuned is a great brand

Full-Race because it was the only bar out when I purchased it. Would stick with it and buy again. I've seen many of the competitors pieces with welding issues, which is somewhat scary.
