You'll never find a solid answer.
there are too many variables
1.)driver ability (plays a huge role)
2.)tires
3.)track conditions
4.)strength of motor
......anywhere from 15.0-15.6 if you have any clue how to drive.

If I had a dollar for evertime someone made a thread like this I wouldnt be driving a honda
But I go ahead and contribute, stock gsr with descent driver should yeild on average a 15.3-15.5, Ive seen 16's, ive seen 14's it all depends on driver,weather,track, ect.. alot of variables so there isn't really set answer.

I've seen GS-R's hit 16's. 15's, and 14's stock. Most of the people already said, but again, it depends on alot of things. Driver, Tires, Track conditions, how strong your car is, etc.
Just mod that sunuva bitch and hit 13's!! Being stock sucks.

good answer....but driving ability is probaly the biggest role...
