If you car is turbocharged I would get rid of the PCV valve and black box. What happens is, the PCV valve closes under boost creating positive pressure in the crankcase. If your car is all motor you would be fine with leaving it hooked up (pcv valve and black box).

How much power do you plan on making?

Then I would ditch the stock PCV system and buy a block plug. The more vents you have the better the car will breath. For the amount of power your making 2 vents off the valve cover will be adequate. However, the best would be to run either 4 vents off the valve cover, or run 2 off of the the valve cover and two off the back of the block. Do you plan on making more power?

Yes, they are swivel fit fittings. You would need to remove the black box and plug it up. Then remove your PCV valve.
