it seems lik eit would work in a vacuum, or NA set up, but it seems the valves will be closing and no removal of gases will be taking place under boost.

the line you have going to the intake manifold, would really need to be a source of drawn air, such as the inlet pipe to the turbo because the pull of the compressing air will pull the crankcase gases from the block......understand?

but in boost everything closes but the valve at the filter. wouldnt that force the gases out of the can?

also, couldnt you just run an open atmosphere setup, where it doesnt route back into the intake, for those of us that arent subject to the carb *****?

In vacuum, you'd be sucking in mostly fresh air.

edit...nevermind, I looked more closely at your pic. I still don't see the point in using the pcv. Just do the Endyn setup, and when you need to get your car inspected, run the pcv from the top of the catch can to the intake manifold instead of the filter.

I do understand.The line with the PVC running to the intake mani pulls vacuum,the one way valve only flows out.While driving (in vacuum)the one way valve under the filter will be closed do to the vacuum from the manifold pulling it shut.While driving (in boost)the pressure in the intake manifold will close the PCV and the block will force any pressure/blow-by into the catch can and through the one way valve and out the filter.I could run an Endyne setup but I think it is better to have vacuum to pull the blow-by out rather than put extra load on the motor(rings,gaskets and whatever else).This catch can setup works like the stock system until it is in boost then vents like the open atmosphere type.Just an idea.Thanks for the replies .I am still undecided on what to use for vacuum while in boost ,maybe exhaust or pump

You don't need vacuum to pull out the blow-by. Crankcase pressure will try to escape the easiest way it can either way.

You might want to add a scavenger to that catch can. Why? So it will separate the oil from the air! All you have to to is add a short wall after the inlet.
