Whistling coming from blow off valve or turbo??
I just had a revhard kit installed with a vortech blow off valve and it sounds like it's whistling when I'm cruising or right after it blows 
Is it the turbo that's making the whistle or the blow off valve or what?

My greddy bov used to whistle a little after blowing off. Either adjust the bov or use a different source if it is the bov.

I'm pretty sure it's not the turbo. I ran with the filter off for a couple hours and it whistled, so we thought it may be the turbo de-spooling, but it still does it when I put the filter of.
I'm kind of curious about the suggestion to find another vaccum source. I'll try to adjust it in the morning and if that doesn't work, I'll try another source.

hmm......how annoying is that? Do you think it could have something to do with the direction in which it's facing? Mine blows out towards the front of the car. I thought it was best to have it blow off towards the firewall?
I have come to the conclusion that it's whistling whenever there is an increase in vaccum. I'll call vortech and ask if this is normal or not.
