Default Whats the best Ecu for a turbo B16?

Just like the topic says I would like to know which would be the best ecu to run for a turbo setup? I definately want to eventually get hondata or chrome but for now I need something cheap.

Crome is free. All you need is a chipped/socketed obd1 ecu such as the p28.
