think of IC as heat sink, which is what they are, the lenght doesn't necesarily help in perfomance wise, more like the height and depth.
26x7x3 prolly perform less than 20x8x3.5 for example...
just like heatsink, the taller the plate, the better it'll perform, while larger area just cover larger surface

i just dont want to constrict myself by buying one too small for when im running assloads(yes, that is an actual figure) of boost later on when im built and this is just my racecar. thats why i wanted to know the relative max HP those can support, and also maybe some PWR ones of the same sizes *cough* earl *cough* ninesec.rx
