Default what rpm are you d-series guys @ full boost

i'm currently running a dohc zc motor with a 92-95 greddy kit/intercooled and i currently installed a profec b boost contr. and i currently have high boost set @ 8psi but i don't go past 5psi until the top of 3rd gear at wot. is this right? i thought that the profec b was suppossed to be able to help with spooling the turbo a little....or maybe there could be another problem i should look into? i know that there are a few zc turbo guys on here so if any of the d-seies turbo guys post when you hit full boost....rpm/gear. etc. that would be appreciated
-thanks
