What can I expect from this setup?
I'm working on buying this from someone within a few days:
Precision sc54 ball bearing turbo
Full Race equal length manifold
Full Race 3" Downpipe
Tial Bov
Tial 35mm Wastegate with 10 and 7lb spring
Revhard Intercooler piping
Spearco intercooler
I have a 99 GSR with the following performance mods (that will not have to be removed with the turbo installation):
2.5" custom exhaust with car sound cat, magnaflow resonator and muffler.
Mild Port and polish with 3 angle valve job
The highest octane gas available is 93, but 92 is a lot more common.
Now I'm planning to run hondata s200b with this setup and probably wind up tuning it at drt in ny (for lack of a better place).
Now my question is: How many psi should I be expecting, and how much horsepower? What would be the max limit in terms of psi that I should not go above?

You should expect whatever your wastegate spring is. 7lb spring = expect 7lbs, obviously. As far as power, it all depends on boost obviously. Don't push past 350 on a stock block if you want it' to last. Don't push more than 300 if you want it to err on the reliable side. Remember, the motor doesn't know 'psi', it knows horsepower. Pressure doesn't blow motors, horsepower does(can).

Re: What can I expect from this setup? (MadCow)
well my goal is 300whp
do you think that can be reached at 7psi?
Here's the specs the seller gave me for the turbo:
stage 3 t31turbine wheel
60-1
.60ar
60 compessor wheel trim, 63 turbine wheel trim
Any idea of how far 7psi will take me?

Re: (FragSyndrome)
Won't make 300whp with 7psi thats for sure. With 7psi and that trim turbo look for more around 250-275whp. The manifold and DP are definitely helping power. The cat and 2.5" exhaust are hurting it.
300whp is more attainable with around 10psi with that setup, but no one can really say for sure. Just tune it and see.
