hey i have a turbo d16 its built and im stuck between venom intake mani and the skunk2 mani i havent heard much bout the venom but with a price like that it better give me serious power

the venom is basically the GE, which is a good thing.

its a good intake manifold



im running the edelbrock and im happy.

i dont know if u need a flatter tq curve than this, but im pretty happy!

If the sku kmanifold is anything like my b series one they are junk. For one the bolt holes didn't line up I had to drill them to widen them, and for two once I installed the intake mani gasket the flange on the junk2 manifold was too thick to get any of the nuts back on so im having to take it to a machine shop to machine the flange down thinner

^ I don't shop ebay thank you very much. Everything I have ordered is from david nguyen at horsepowerfreaks.com ext 103 if you want to call him up and ask. And considering when it was shipped it drop shipped from junk2 themselves along with their yellow junk2 box and instructions im fairly positive its not a knockoff just crappy product. I was considering buying the composite fuel rail for my evolution before this, but a quick google search of that will bring up a thread from evom.net about how junky their products fit and the fact one guy had to make his own spacers and the throttle cable was still in a bind from it.

So next time research before opening your mouth and letting hit spill from it saying they had problems with the knockoffs I bought cuz I don't remember u holding my hand when I ordered the pos "real" skunk2 maniand if you need more evidence of skunk2 products being junk ill be more than happy to post em up for ya. Even the receipt of my real manifold not a knockoff

Ur right its not about a fuel rail or a throttle body like the links I posted its about a manifold which mine didn't fit and you "assume" I buy from ebay or got a knockoff lol im just showing the problems with All of skunk2 products. Maybe you were just one of the lucky ones

I'd be more worried about your taillights you bought off ebay on your crx LOL..

skunk2 has its share of problems, but i've yet to see a manifold problem.. i personally think you bought a blox or something knock off and you're now realizing it.

For one i bought that car and it came with the tail lights people like you is what makes the sport sickening casting judgement and assuming Ya its a blox that says s2 pro series intake technology right on the plate across the manifold and don't worry bout the tail lights its all you would see once my knockoff precision 6776 spooled up bitch

Dude you are smoking crack lol I have installed like 40 skink intank manifolds and they were all flawless they make some of the best products on the market. Fyi there are knockoffs in knockoff skunk boxes. I have been using their products since 2000 since they were still skunkworks matter of fact I still to this day own some original skunkworks coilovers and they still out perform most of the junk on the market. You sir need to get your **** straight before you jump all over a company that has done more for this industry than you could do in a lifetime.

OP what turbo setup are you running on the car, aftermarket cam? The skunk 2 is going to give low mid rnage good boost in power and some up top. the golden eagle/venom is going to give some mid range but alot of gains up top so the turbo and cam combo need to support that IMO
