Default Turbonetics Valve Seat/Ring(Fire Ring) Help please

Hello, I purchased a Turbonetics delta gate wastegate P/N: 10101
First off, I want to ask, does it reqire a valve seat ring? If it does do you know where I can get a valve seat/Ring ,AKA Fire ring? Its a stainless steal ring that sits at the bottom of the valve that seals the exhaust.
I know atpturbo.com sells one for the tial, but the tech said it wouldnt work for the turbonetics wastegate.
Thank you!!

really? No fire ring? it has to have something to stop exhaust leak, when you look though the hole, where the dump tube goes, when you look at the valve, you see light around it, meaning I will leak exhaust.
So if you can confirm this, then my wastegate valve is not closing all the way.
Yes, I have tryed to call them, I wait 30 minuts Iget tired of waiting and hang up, I have emailed them 3 times, there customer service SUX!
Can someone help me out here please?

wow, REALLY? So that means my wastaget is going to leak boost? Like I said, when you look throguth the hole(where the dump tube bolts to) you look at the valve, you can see light thought it, meaning itll leak. So I got sold a broke *** wastegate? or mabey I need to buy the fire ring gasket, it kinda has a ring around it.

So mabey ill have to deal with it, instead of the turbo spooling at 3K itll spool at 4K right?

is it a small hole, or is it all the way around? if it is all the way around, you may have a stuck valve. i dont know. post up a pic.

a fire ring and the gasket with a metal ring in it are 2 totally different things. The firering seats the valve. But the deltagates never came with them. Theres only one way to find out whether or not its going to leak. Put it on and see what happens. I mean how much more time can you waste waiting for someone on the internet to answer your question?

i had a deltagate and it didnt have a fire ring. i just used a flat gasket on it and it was fine.

the valve seat is built into the deltagate, unlike the tial or ssac which i think is stupid

tru, I put the wasegate on, I hit 5 psi @ 4500 RPMS, wich blows, but I found out I have a BAD boost leak, and the TPS sensor is wrong(aftermarket TB with TPS...)
so I assume I have a 5 psi spring, or mabey its a 10, guess ill find out after I fix the bad boost leak....
Thanks for everyones help!
