Turbo oil pressure fitting for GT35R?
Hey guys. Im curious to know if i need this oil restrictor fitting for my GT35R
http://www.atpturbo.com/Mercha...L-022
I currently have a Reworked GSR oil pump by ENDYN. -3 oil line feed to turbo with what i believe are 1/8 female fittingson it and a -4 male to 1/8 male fitting in the turbo itself. I was thinking about adding the restrictor inbetween the line and the turbo fitting...or do i not need this restrictor?

I've never seen a 1/8npt thread size on a GT series turbo, but I guess it would depend on the manufacturer. All the ones I've seen are 7/16 inverted flare. And if you have a -3 feedline than you'll need the -3 to 7/16 restrictor rather than a -4 to 1/8.

Maybe the fitting that goes into the turbo is 7/16...your probably right. I do have A fitting that goes into the turbo (7/16) male then flares to a 1/8male and hase no oil restrictor built in. And the the female fitting on the oil line (these are goodrige lines that come standard in t3 - t3/t4 oil line kits) which i believe are 1/8 female....if i were to use that second fitting your showing me id need a -4 to 1/8 fitting correct?? I cannot find one of these...thus me trying to use the first fitting that i posted 1/8 male to male....id just need a 1/8 female to female to make it work...since one end would fit onto the existing fitting thats on the turbo and the other into the restrictor....then thefeed line would go onto the other side of the restrictor fitting... id just have a .060 restricor and not the .035 that you showed me...
