With gsr block......us ITR pistons, and b16a head you will have 10.8:1 compression.
You should be able to safely make around 300 whp with the set up you are going to use.
The only thing that is sketchy is how high your compression is, use an oem honda head gasket and arp studs, just make sure you get a good professional tune and you will be all good.

Re: turbo b18c5
I'm curious what this has to do with the subject? Any turbo manifold will work fine for 300 whp, just don't get ebay tubular cracky Chan and your fine.
And OP, personally I would use oem gasket, you can lower the compression with a thicker one, but they are leaky junk. A good tuners can safely tune a 10.8:1 motor, but tune is key with this set up, no base map bs here, you need a good tune

Litterally ANY manifold will suite a 300 whp set up, and the manifold has nothing at all to do with his high compression ratio, and rather he should use a stock HG or a thicker one to lower compression....Just saying

Re: turbo b18c5
I'm curious to why you say they are leaky junk. I'm Kinda in the same boat here on the high compression. I have a JDM B18C ITR. I have an AFI street set-up and about to boost at a minimum of 7lbs. My main concern at this point IS my compression ratio. I believe my CR is 11:1 and I would like to drop that a little because around here 91 octane is as good as it gets, but your post is making me reconsider because as you stated above about the "leaky junk" I don't want a leaky mess all over the place. So, my question is Thicker head gasket (and where is the best place to buy) or OEM with my CR.
