Default Turbo B16 Questions

Whats the highest effective compression possible to run on pump gas 92-93 octane? Effective compression meaning:
((boost psi / 14.7) + 1) * motor compression = effective compression
I have everything I need to boost my B16. All stock internals though. Motor will have a block guard on the bottom end and that is it. Should I go OEM 3 layer gasket, run 10 psi with stock 10.2:1 CR to get 17.1:1 effective compression? Or, I do have a blitz 3mm gasket which will lower my CR to 8.33, then run 14 psi to get 16.27:1 effective compression? Basically, Im trying to decide what gasket to biuld my motor with and what effective compression to set a target for for use one 92-93 octane pump gas. Other parts in my car include: Zdyne Gold SECU, 450cc injectors, B&M adjustable FPR, Starion FMIC, Apexi dual chamber BOV, Greddy tdo4-15g turbo, 2.5" downpipe, Apexi AVCR boost controller, Dual valve springs w/aluminum retainers, adjustable cam gears, ARP head studs, MSD 6T ignition, aluminum fly, stage 3 6 puck clutch.. Cant think of what else right now but just so you guys get an idea. If I run the higher effective compression, can I just retard the timing more under boost to compensate for the 92-93 octane fuel? Please let me know what you think. Thanks...........

Either would be great, the best in my op would be the 8.33 compression simply because of the denonation on higher compression motors, but that can always be worked out with good tuning and that is basiclly were the most power comes from is the effectivness on tunning.

Oh my God, 8.33:1? Your bottom end will be so sluggish, I would smoke you off the line in my Nike's. Stick with the stock compression, and moderate boost...FAR more efficient throughout the powerband.

Now, the figures I just talked about are just examples and I dont know if at all possible to run on pump gas. The Zdyne will retard timing per boost and all. I would like to stick to a higher compression, low boost setup. Quicker spool and not sluggish while spooling. I just need to know a range where the effective compression can be for use on 93 octane. Say 15-17:1 effective CR on 93 octane with .5-.75 degree retard per pound of boost is the type of answer Im looking for. I really do not want to use the blitz gasket.
