Thick Guage Turbo headers

Thick Guage Turbo headers
Alot of people have been calling and wanting this manifold in thickwall 8 guage 304L. We can do that no problem. Dave is also working on a couple of other designs too that will be available in thickwall 8 guage 304L or 16 guage 321 stainless...same price for either too as the thickwall tubing material is half the price of the 321, but requires more labor, so it ends up about even in production costs.

The collector was cut so that it fit perfectly with the t4 inlet flange opening, no overlapping or underlapping...just a smooth transition and merge into the turbine opening...

Re: Thick Guage Turbo headers (t04s)
yeah i also see the resemblence.....funny....but sad that super T is now jumping on the Full-Race coping bandwagon......he should really design better manifolds than trying to improve his sales by offering thicker material manifolds

Re: Thick Guage Turbo headers (BrokenVtec)
It is very sad that not long ago, dave swore, not only did his manifold design perform as well, but he did not want to use 304L nor the thickwall SS. Now all of the sudden, he copied Geoff's design, and just so happens to make them w/ the same material.
Whats next? Is he gonna change "supert motorsports" to "Full-Racing Motorsports"
How gay can you get?

I agree that is gay but it is also getting gay to turn every damn manifold post into a " " manifold vs Full Race thread. Everyone needs to just let it live, i really don't see these manifolds effecting full-race's business, They have already established themselves as in many peoples opinions The best manifolds for turbo honda's. Those with high HP setup's and wanting every last HP they can get will choose Full-Race, I think the market that all these so called imatation manifolds will effect is the $400-700 market...Manifolds such as Maxrev, revhard, inline pro, etc.

I agree with you on some points...but do you really lose sleep over this? Not everybody has $1200 dollars to spend on a manifold...If i did yes i would choose full race.

i just think its funny.....doesnt really effect me in either way.....i have my kit....and every hard-core turbo guy i know uses full-race....this is why we make the power we do.

Lets keep this civil. revhard manifold look like inlinepro and others
so whats the big deal. Everybody has the right to build whatever they want.

you just had to have been around here when people werent copying but pushing a different design..., and now they're copying. the stuff they said to make their product sound so superior, it was obvious it became a personal vendetta against full-race.
and now here we are. amusing indeed.
best of luck to everyone who builds manifolds. you've got better skills than i do with a welder (since i've never touched one)

Re: Thick Guage Turbo headers (falconGSR)
Dont be amused... A good business meets the customers demands, not the other way around. Some of our customers have asked for thickwall, we would not be exercising very good business practices to turn them away. We are here to run a profitable buisness and being profitable means meeting the demands and needs of the customers. Also, David's old debates were just debating the heat resistant properties of 321 v 304L, they were not saying Full Races products were bad in anyway, so lets put that to rest. Competition is good for all involved, it pushes companies to produce better products and more competitive prices. Dont take it personal, take advantage of it.

Re: Thick Guage Turbo headers (falconGSR)
Perhaps customers were swayed by the over whelming support full race has on here? So they call up super T they say I love the mani but can I get it in 304l because I heard on H-T from ALL the full race supporters that that its the best.
Just meeting the needs and wants of there sheep like customers.
Anyway can you post a photo of where the external joins the manifold?
