Default starting problems with a new bat and alt

hey guys, i hope you can help me with this one.
i have a 96 gsr with a greddy turbo on it. my car has been having problems starting. i dont know if its the turbo or its my alt/bat. i just had a new bat and alt put in and im stumped on what it could be. my starter is fine so it cant be that. could it be a blown fuse somewhere that wont let my alt recharge the bat?? could it be some electrical problems when i installed my a/f, boost guage and blue box?? also fyi sometimes my car would not let me boost, it would just spudder/choke like its not getting enough fuel. dont know if thatll help you guys but thats what its doing sometimes. please help my car is a mess, my friends place bets just to see if itll start. any help is greatly appreciate. thanks guys, youve helped me before please do it again.

have you tested each individual part to isolate the problem? or u could prob just take it to like autozone for them to run some tests for you if you dont have access to the rite equipment. no use in changing everything and just hoping that the problem will go away. find out exactly what's defective and get your car running again. good luck

i replaced alt and bat, went to sears and they checked the alt. they said either electrical problems or bad alt. dont know how or where to look for bad electrical problems. any suggestions, my friend to me to check my fuses, maybe that could interfere with alt recharging bat. does this sound like it could happen??
