Im looking for valves since the ones in the head are no good. I found a real nice price on a set of brand new (16 valves) skunk2 high compression standard sized valves. I don't really need all 16, mainly the intakes... but replacing all valves would be nice.

Honda wants $90 shipped (majestic) for just the intakes... problem is its going to take me a week to get them.

I'm kind of looking to save some time here more then anything and figured the skunks would be good for the price. I'm just somewhat concerned that they are "high compression" valves. Says they add approx .3 to the compression which doesn't seem like much. I'm running 9:1 SRP pistons in the Y8 block with the Y8 head... so I would be looking at about 9.3-9.5 compression ratio with the head/block milling/decking. Am I being too paranoid? Is this really an issue I should be worried abou? I'm going to shoot for approx 350whp...
