When I did search all I get is problems with coolant or coolant mix with oil..etc..etc..
My question:
for FI cars...what coolant are you guys using..
Brand

All coolant w/NO water added
What's best for our cars.... I am about to go buy some..
Thanks guys.

what you don't want is all coolant, that's no good, your car would overheat, the purpose of coolant is to antifreeze your car, it raises the boiling point in water BUT water cools way much better than coolant however too much water can cause your car harder to heat up so longer till boost what I use is 30% coolant and 70% water. Distilled water in a gallon jug at supermarkets that is.

thanks for the response. I just didn't know. I bet people like myself get the perception that coolant/antifreeze only is better, but actually it is the opposite like you said. The water agent is what cools it more.
I got the Prestone 50/50 and I added water wetter to it. I think it helped a bit.
Thanks.

the more water you have in your coolant system, the cooler it will run. you need some coolant to lubricate the water pump though. i run 90% water and the rest water wetter. works well for me. i dont use coolant because it doesnt get cold enough here in california to freeze the water.
