Default is it ok to boost a stock motor

...my internals are stock.....would it be ok to run like 8-10psi of boost......thanks

i would run a little less boost (6 or 7), and bossibly use a inlinepro headgasket to lower the compression some depending on your current cr.

TUNING w/ hondata, uberdata, etc is critical!

i ran my bone stock ls motor on 8 and 10lbs of boost for 7-8 months with no problems. that was untuned also on a greddy kit.

Yeah, 8-10 is all gravy provided that you have a good tune. I've been running my Z6 at 10 psi for the past 25k miles and raping it hard.

11 psi daily driven right here

on the ls motor, you are golden to run 8 psi wiht it stock.

im running 7-8 psi for now, my motor has over 200k miles on it, and its been doing good for the 2000 mile i put on it in the past month. oh yea, i dont drive it without seeing full boost either
