Default New setup...T3 or T4..Let's hear some input

I'm really looking into running SFWD next season, and I'm going to be refreshing my setup. I'm going to be as specific as possible to avoid any confusion.

I'm looking into the 3567r, which is normally used with a T3 housing. ATP sells a T4 divided-housing for the turbo, which kind of appeals to what I'm looking for. Like I said, I'd like to run SFWD next season, my main concern is power. I've been daily driving a 300whp+ setup for a little over a year now, and don't just want to throw myself into something I won't be able to handle, I'm thinking "babysteps".
It really comes down to the fact that I want to go with a divided manifold for the benefits, but am a little wary on going with a T3 flanged setup, being if things come together, it seems to be competitive in the class, the GT40r is the way to go; which is why I'm asking about the T4 flange on the 3567r, giving me a solid platform for the future where I wouldn't have to make any changes if I did end-up with the 40r.

All in all, I'm really asking is there any benefit or downside to using the T4 housing with the 3567r? The T4 housing is only available with a .58 a/r, while I can get the divided T3 housing with a .78 or 1.06.

Thanks for any input, sorry for the long post,

I thought the rules were that you have to use a T4 turbine housing in SFWD.

Although it states that the inlet flange may be smaller than a T4. So does that mean a T3 housing is permitted?

I apologize for any confusion...I'm only going to be running in SFWD if I do indeed go with the T4 35R or the 40r. Just trying to get a feel how the 3567r would act with the T4 housing.

Guess it all depends on how much power you are looking to make. If its a ball bearing anything then I wouldnt hesistate to go with the t4 housing.
