Default My E85 Stock B16A Dyno

I just had my car put on the dyno yesterday and did some minor tuning and was running into boost spike problems so i was able to make these runs, I'll post the vids and dyno sheet when i get to my home computer as it will not allow me to from work.

I did several half runs and getting everything dialed in, these are the best of the 10 pulls. If i had a Electronic boost controller i could have broke 400whp easily

Mods-
Bone Stock B16A with 130k and ARP Head Studs
Ebay 57Trim Turbo
Love Fab T3 RamHorn Manifold
Tial 38mm Gate
Hondata S300 Tuned by Cruizinmax.
E85 Fuel
Fic 1050cc Blue tops Flowed at 1455cc's Stock rail and regulator.
3" DP and Exhaust
2 1/2" IC Piping but the lower IC Pipe is 1.75" Soon to be changed
Stock cams and Valve Train, Limiter set at 8,330rpms
Tial Knock-Off BOV
Hondata 4bar MAP Sensor
OEM Headgasket

Fist run on 13.8psi-342.56whp 233.80wtq at 17* of timing
Second run 14.8psi-358.68whp 244wtq at 178 of timing
Third and final run made 16.2psi-380.8whp and 287.9wtq at 19.25* of timing.

I need a bigger turbo and more steady boost. I couldn't get it to hold more than 16psi

Let me know what you think!

It is pretty amazing to see what E85 will do. I was helping out with the tuning and I was very surprised what range the air/fuel could be at and not affect power that much. I do believe there is 20-30 hp hiding in this car with just a little bit more time tuning, replacing that intercooler piping, and more consistent boost control.

I agree, Its definitely amazing what E85 can do even when this motor was NA on e85 and s300 it picked up good power.

Thanks again Max without you i wouldnt have been able to do 90% of my build.

Everything is stock minus head studs. I drive it probably 1500mi a month but every second i drive it im either at the track or racing on the street or just beating the **** out of it lol.

Its not really how much boost its like you said all in the tuning I could have ran more if i had a better boost controller, I see why now that i've done it why dyno tuning is so important.

Well maximum power was achieved at 12.2-12.4afrs anything higher or lower yeilded less power the tune still needs some work and there are still some kinks to work out. Every setup is different amd every motor responds to fuel/timing differently but 12.0-12.5afr is a safe target number on e85.
