i think it really works. i remember awhile back she switched to the STR manifold, but when STR didn't want to pay the sponsorship fees, she took it off and ran her original r manifold. not sure what she runs now tho.

Looks like a regular R manifold that has been Extrude Honed and coated with her signature color. I dunno, im not sure. Where did you find that? How much is it sold for?

Yup,its a R manifold with the expensive extrude hone job,its like $400..she run a best of 9.1 with that

all it is is R manny with extrude honed. Cheaper to go with victor X manifold makes excellent power for the price.

Extrude Hone does some badass stuff. As for this one, I think her times speak for themselves!

Yeah, that's totally not a honda port on there...though maybe she has a totally different port shape on her head...it might have to be different to be runnin 9's...

couple of things
1. the coolant pipe is not factory
2. it has *2* IACV bolt patterns

also notice the vac nipple on the back, along with the missing EVAP nipple.
Things only found on the JDM version which the s2 was copied from.

Yes, Extrudehone does some great work but the numbers does not indicate that that intake mani was responsible for the performance numbers, rather, the numbers indicate that a collection of ALL the parts, machining, tuning, weight reduction and driving skill, etc was responsible for the great numbers Lisa is enjoying

What is that small coolant pipe for? It sticks out off the main coolant pipe. I have a skunk manifold and didn't know what it was for so i just capped it off.

Fast idle control valve - present on GSR throttle bodies, but inconsistently on other throttle bodies.

I dunno what you think they do...

but Extrude Honing is just running an abrasive paste through the manifold at high pressure. It just takes out the small rough marks of the origional casting.

How much does it cost? I looked into doing this to my ZC manifold (because no one made an aftermarket peice)...and they wanted $400.

i think its just an R manifold with an Xtreme port and polish job on it. Im sure its pretty good, but there is better out there im positive

mMmMmMm tons of money for a LISA KUBO mani. bad part is she ran out of money and went SATURN. its a shame honda wont sponsor GOOD drag racers like ERICK AGUILAR, Steph (not that he needs it with aem and all).

I read and article with an interview of erick, he was like honda wont give us any help but once we get the k-series down we will run **.** (i forgot the time he stated)
