Those dual pass intercoolers like that are terrible. It's just a short and long intercooler like that. I tested pressure drop on one like that, a 24x12x3.5 garrett core, which was really just a 48x6x3.5 when it's setup like that. There was 3psi pressure drop at only 15psi boost! I'd do a vertical flow intercooler, it'll work MUCH better!

I deff agree with you, Vertical flow intercooler is deff a much better soulution for your intercooler setup.
What motor mounts are you using so the engine dosent move and break your wiggins?

I agree, nice fab work .I have had no experiences with K series motors. Why is the manifold like that for most K series turbo conversions I've seen??
Surely it generates a hell of alot of heat in the engine bay done like that?? Is that the only way possible with K series conversions?? Or can the manifold layout be similar to B/D series motors but at the back of the motor??

I'm just wondering if you guys planning on putting any type of thermal barrier between the MC and the Turbo.
I can't see having a turbo that close the MC being good for braking, especially since the boiling point of DOT5 Brake fluid is only 500F (Dry) or 356F (Wet).

pictures don't do justice of that car. Everything on that car is top notch.
As far as the intercooler go, it's still in the testing stage. They're still waiting for the intake manifold from IPS.

The positives would out weigh the cost tremendously
