Hello, the motor in question is a sleeved 2.0 gsr with skunk 2 tuner 1 cams, springs and retainers. I completed a valve adjustment on Saturday to the specs on the skunk2 website. I double checked that all.of the nuts were torqued to spec. Upon cold start there is an intermittent jingling noise coming from the intake side of the valve cover. Has anyone ever had this happen or what could be causing this. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What was the procedure that you used to adjust the valves? What was the torque spec? When in doubt, take it apart and do it again.

I used feeling gauges to set the valve lash. I torqued all nuts to 18 lb/ft with an lb/in torque wrench for accuracy. Thank you for the input.
