Default Integra gsr JRSC replacement belt help

Hey guys, I have a 2000 integra GSR with a JRSC on it. I have the stock setup right now, with the original 6lb pulley. Its about time to do some maintenance on the setup, and I wanted to change out all the belts on the charger. I was wondering if anyone knows what size belts/part numbers for the two belts I need (the alternator to blower belt and the alternator to crank belt), and where I would be able to get them (autozone/napa/etc). Thanks for the help.

4040315 or 4PK800 for crank to alternator
4040235 or 4PK595 for alternator to charger

The last 3 digits are lenths of belts in inches (31.5" or 800mm & 23.5" or 595mm in your case). You can find these belts at autozone or any other similar stores by those part numbers, one may not stock all the sizes, so try multiple stores. The number 4 in the part number indicates it's a 4-rib belt, and that's the type you want. The packaging usually contains both standard & metric part numbers. Those part numbers are universal, any make and brand will use the same designations.

If you find your belts too short or too long, you can always take it back and have them give you another size.

I've made so many damn trips to the part stores to finally find the belts I need, so I know something about belts I do want to try the Goodyear Gatorback brand sometimes later though. I feel the belts from Autozone stretch too easily and tend to slip alot.

I've done what Ldo has done and its annoying as hell. Now, I just order them off supercharger.com. Guarantee it'll fit and is the right belt unless you somehow mess up yourself.

The belt from crank to alt - you can easily find at your local autozone, etc.

Be aware that the belts (alt to blower) may or may not run short/longer than what is stated. I bought two belts from Napa and Autozone and they were either too long or too short. I hear gatorbacks are the most precise when it comes to the length.

Good luck.

Thanks for the help guys, I really appreciate it. Now these gatorback belts you guys speak of, where would I be able to find those, and would those also have the same part numbers?

Also, when is it recommended to change the belts on the JRSC setup? I've had the original belts on for about 15-18k miles, and I havent seen any signs of wear. I figured I'd replace them for maintenance purposes, but whats the average life of belts for the supercharger?

thanks,
vish

I currently run the gatorbacks on a high boost gsr 12+psi and well belt life depends on pulley alignment , proper tensioning ,belt brand , and how you drive it .I have had good use out of both gates belts and now gatorbacks you can find them on amazon , ebay , summit racing ect...The Gatorbacks do however seem to me to wear in a little more and need to be re-tensioned one or two times after install which is no big deal just check them after the first few pulls then again in a week or two then keep an eye o n them .Once properly worn into you pulleys they are great and hold up very well .If you have a boost gauge it will tell you when they need to be re-tensioned .You will see the gauge flutter at high rpms do to the belt slipping .Gatorbacks are not made in all lengths so you need to know what size you need then get the closest size to that .I actually put a longer bolt in my upper tensioner which give you a little more throw allowing for more tesioning ability .It works perfectly hope this helps out .
