Hondata s200 running boost.
Hey guys.
I've never turbo'd a car before.
I'm looking for some advice on management.
I have a hondata s200 linked to my p28 obd1 ecu.
Can I use this to effectively tune my turbo setup, or should I get a boost controller? If so, what one? I hear the tru boost from aem is alright.
Thanks.

You'll want to ask this in the Engine management forum. But if the S200 is fitted with he "boost option" then you can use that to tune for the turbocharger. It will not any integrated into your S200 system.
You'll have mixed opinions on the AEM "true boost" system. First look at official specifications on the Tru Boost to find out if this is something you want to be able to use. There are some advantages and disadvantages. Most are listed on the site.
Honestly, its best to start with a manual boost controller, understand the car's behavior at different levels and cycles, and then make a decision on more complicated control from there.
Good luck to you.
